Rokimi is the co-owner of Cookie Jar Bakery & Catering. She is also involved in a number of other ventures and start-up companies in Mizoram in the food, education and construction sectors. For 6 years she worked in the financial sector in the United States, particularly in equity research covering industrial and financial companies. She graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History and attended the University of Oxford as part of the Williams-Exeter Program (2009 – 2010).
