Nuneseno Chase is the Director of YouthNet. She is a strategic-thinking individual with over 15 years of experience in youth empowerment, learning & development, talent management and related development projects with national & international NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies and private agencies. She moved to Nagaland to work towards the cause of youth empowerment and to address various pressing concerns like high dropout rate in schools, unemployment and livelihood issues. She works on several key projects focused on development of youth in Nagaland and other north eastern regions, policy advocacy, communication management, strategy development, programme management, research and innovation. Proficient in engagement with a wide variety of stakeholders– community, government, non-profits, funders, research think tanks, business associations, media and academia.
