Limabenla is an international development consultant and is involved in social policy design and evaluation, researching development policy and practice particularly in fragile and conflict-affected states. She is currently consulting for North East Leaders Connect. Previously, she was a consultant for the World Bank, in Washington DC, where she worked on citizen engagement strategies for the Government of Georgia, on social inclusion, and worked on an ADB report on the future of digital skilling in Asia and the United States. Limaben obtained her Master’s degree in International Development Policy from Duke University as a Rotary Peace Fellow (2018-2020) and a Masters in Applied Social psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
